The new Y-Pod is the cornerstone of economical high & low bay lighting. Encompassing heavy-duty construction with an attractive keystone design, easy and quick installation, and optical configurations, the Y-Pod satisfies the bay lighting needs in industrial, commercial, and educational applications. Simply put, the Y-Pod's performance outshines its presence.

Say "good-bye" to the days of the exposed ballast core prone to damage and collection of contaminants! The unique Y-Pod design with its minimal horizontal surface reduces collection of airborne particles and retains a new appearance. The clean lines and subtle heat dissipating fins of the Y-Pod cast aluminum housing and cover offer a high style solution for economical bay lighting in a warehouse, retail store, manufacturing facility or gymnasium.

The heavy-duty construction and internal compartmentalization provide dependable performance and easy wiring access. The segmented ballast compartment acts as a heat sink to promote long ballast life by dissipating the heat through to the fins. The fully wired, high power factor CWA ballast is secured in the center to ensure the lighting system hangs straight. The component/wiring compartment allows for ample room for wiring while maintaining the integrity and isolation of components from ballast.

For easy and quick optical installation, the Y-Pod incorporates our patented spring-loaded, field adjustable Twist-N-Lok™ attachment system. The system allows complete tool-free reflector installation and easy 7-optic position adjustment. Simply pull open the spring loaded locking pins and twist to lock the optics into the bracket to adjust the light distribution for the specific application. Low bay optics attach with simple tool-free keyhole installation.

The economical Y-Pod is offered in our most popular wattages for bay lighting, 250W, 320W, 350W, and 400W Metal Halide, Pulse Start Metal Halide and High Pressure Sodium. To assure top of the line performance the Y-Pod is compatible with a range of optics for high and low bay lighting including high efficiency high and low bay spun aluminum reflectors, high performance clear prismatic refractors, and heavy-duty temporary jobsite wire guard. Available factory installed options include single and dual fusing, hot/cold quartz restrike, and flex. Field installed lens assemblies and wire guards are also available.
